Spearheading the day to day operations of the company, this young entrepreneur dons multiple hats and has been instrumental in enhancing the brand’s product quality, marketing, branding and customer outreach. Vedant finished his schooling in Bangalore and Kolkata before moving to the United States to pursue higher education at the University of Southern California. His determination, sound business acumen and capability to remain undeterred in the face of challenges prompted him to create his own business despite having received no formal training in the F&B industry. Besides being passionate about the industry, Vedant saw a huge scope for growth in this ever-changing sector and believes that it is thriving in India. Based on his astute observations, he believes there is tremendous room for innovation and the industry is ripe for disruption.
