Sadaf Hussain is an author, writer, Consulting Chef and a podcaster. He explores food stories and foodlores. He was in the top 8 of MasterChef 2016 and hosts shows on YouTube. He has been a two-time TEDx speaker and was part of a research paper on the forgotten foods of Rampur at the University of Sheffield, UK.
His next book is a visual comic book for kids coming in January, and he is currently working on documenting the food stories and impacts during the 1947 Partition.
