Raymond is the Cofounder of Biryani Blues, NCR's biggest (India's fastest growing) Biryani focused QSR chain. Within a short span of three years, the chain has grown to around a dozen outlets and churns out over 2000 biryanis a day. Happy customers are what drives this team and their primary goal is Customer Delight.
Raymond had earlier been a sales and marketing professional with over 15 years of management experience in the Telecom and Life Insurance industries. He had built and operated the banc assurance business for India's leading private life insurance company, Max Life for over 13 years. He made his way to the top of the proverbial corporate ladder quicker than most, but longed to create a venture of his own.
Raymond is an alumnus of the Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies, and also has an MA in economics from Pune University.
