Nishant Sinha is the young founder of Roastery Coffee, a unique concept that blossomed from his passion and ardent love for the beverage. The brand curates unique coffee experiences with fresh, seasonal produce sourced from the best coffee estates across India, and further roasted to perfection.
Founded in 2017, Roastery Coffee was formulated with one goal: to create great and consistent coffee, and to share it with people far and wide. Brand’s singular aim is to source and roast some of the finest coffees available. By paying premium prices to farmers, the brand enables them to create a sustainable business with the principle to treasure the value chain from crop to cup.
In 2017, Nishant also launched Hyderabad Roastery, the flagship of the brand; and today operate 5 cafes across India.
Nishant is also an avid traveller and loves exploring varieties in coffee and cacao. He is chatty and likes sharing anecdotes from his numerous travels to farms across India, Puducherry, Paris, Florence, and new villages in South India. ‘Roasting coffee equals meditation’, says Nishant. He considers his grandfather and father-in-law as role models. Nishant is creative, fun-loving, passionate, and an idealist. He regularly practices yoga while cricket and chess remain his other favourite leisure companions.
