With a proclivity toward European cuisine, Chef Mayank is no stranger to combining modern culinary techniques with classic cooking. Chef Mayank honed his skills alongside renowned chefs such as Chef Antonio Carluccio, Chef Rahul Akerkar, to name a few.
His experience spans across some of India’s best known European kitchens such as Olive Bar & Kitchen, Smoke House Deli and now Executive Chef of the PVR Group.
Mayank has also received a certification from the world renown Paul Bocuse Institute in Lyon, France, where he followed intensive training in classical, Mediterranean and Contemporary French cuisine.
