Kabir Jeet Singh studied at the University of Birmingham and subsequently at Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. It was during his time in the UK, while he was working part time at a burger shop, he experimented with various recipes for burgers with Indian spices. These eventually became a crowd favorite and therefore he was christened Burger Singh by the patrons. This is where the idea of Burger Singh came about.
Kabir was in the startup team of The La Casera Company (TLCC) which is now the third largest beverage manufacturer after Coke and Pepsi in West Africa's. He was also a part of the startup team of The Beer Café which was founded in 2012 and has been one of the fastest growing alcoholic beverage chains in India.
This led to Kabir Jeet Singh opening Burger Singh in 2014, which is now at 90+ outlets pan-India.
