Akshay Bhardwaj, 35 born and brought up in a small India Chandigarh. He completed his graduation from institute of Hotel management Gurdaspur under Pusa and then took his scholarship and studied his Post Graduation in Hospitality from Vatel France.
He has been in the Hospitality industry Past 14 years and has worked in Multiple arrays of sectors of industry may it be restaurants, hotels, cruises or Michelin star restaurants.
Akshay with a zeal to travel has travelled to 32 countries, opened 9 restaurant brands as a Lead chef till date and loves to explore cuisines and cultures. The most influencing factors of his life were his stage at 3*** NOMA Copenhagen in 2016 and Hotel Omberment 2** Restaurant in France in 2012. The learning has never stopped in his pursuit, at present Chef Akshay Bhardwaj is taking care of the culinary of a 5 * luxury hotel in India Andaz by Hyatt one of their biggest flagship in the Heart of the Country New Delhi.
Year 2022 has given him all the inspiration to participate in his 1 st ever representing platform in Spain to showcase India on a global platform but also creating different business improvements in his present work environment and helping him to drive Sustainability in his present operations on a larger scale . "
